There is no one-size-fits-all approach to climate action. Taking care of our shared home can look as varied as we are as humans inhabiting planet earth. We can dig our heels in and resist or breathe deeply and embrace the work at hand to live more lightly and mindfully on a planet in transition. We cannot rely on the past to help us navigate uncharted territory. This can feel scary or like an adventure depending on our mindset. There is an abundance of evidence coming to the fore about the power of visualization and shifting our way of thinking that can serve us well on this unprecedented journey. I have personally trialed and vetted many of these practices and realized their power to shift my world. I know you can do the same.
