As a GREENcoach, I am committed to getting you outside, reconnected to vital life force and the earth’s healing elements. I am a stand for you transforming eco-anxiety into inspired, passionate climate action.
Our work starts with fertile listening and holding space that is free of judgment, blame, or guilt about the climate crisis.
I will engage you in powerful practices to help you root into the earth, re-wild, and rise up with a renewed awareness of yourself as a planetary being.
I will help you attune your listening to hear how you are being uniquely called to act right now.
Our planet is going through an incredible rebirth and needs midwives to help restore her natural balance.
I believe deeply that we are ALL called to the task of midwifing our planet through her time of transition. Your contribution on the climate action front is essential.
During our time together you will examine your life through the lens of 'what's mine to do' for our shared home and create an action plan to do just that!

Why work with me?
When you work with me you benefit from 30 years of experience leading thousands of individuals through deeply transformative processes in all arenas of life.
As an outdoor educator, occupational therapist, bodyworker, healthcare and green team leader, mindfulness trainer, spiritual mentor, long distance adventure cyclist, bike tour director, community volunteer and organizer, homesteader, un-schooler, board certified health and wellness coach, and memoirist in the making, I am no stranger to deep dives in search of meaning and purpose, traveling unbeaten paths, and doing what it takes to travel them well while appreciating the journey along the way.
When you work with me, you also get a full time working mama and spouse who is balancing sustainability and climate action with a very full life.
If you wonder if making big shifts in life are doable, I am proof that they are and you can do them as small or big and as slowly or swiftly as you like! The key is to know yourself, trust your instincts and tune into the life force that is organically unfolding inside of you leading you to whatever is next. I will help you slow down, simplify, and prioritize in your life what matters most and make room for the vital work of climate action.
