I'm Kelly DeMarco. I believe that when we prioritize what has us come alive and thrive, we help our planet thrive too. Welcome!
You sense that something is wrong — in your life, in your work, or in the world.
You feel the ache of these times.
But instead of clarity, you feel overwhelmed, restless, or unsure what to do next.
You’re not broken.
You’re being called. I help people transform personal, political, and planetary ache into joyful, heart-aligned action so they can live lit up while contributing to a more beautiful world.
Your ache is sacred.
Let's turn it into something powerful!
TIME IS PRECIOUS
Time is a funny thing.
When life is hard, we wish it away.
When life is beautiful, we want it to last forever.
We think we have plenty of time -
to pursue our dreams
to repair relationships
to do the work that truly matters
…until we discover we don’t.
We silence the inner voice that reminds us we came here for a reason.
We stay on paths that slowly drain the life out of us.
We tell ourselves we’ll finally live the life we want someday.
But someday isn’t promised.
Life has a way of reminding us of that.
Sometimes gently. Sometimes through crisis.
CRISIS AS CATALYST
As an occupational therapist, ordained priest, and resilience coach, I have walked with people through life-altering turning points:
illness
loss
failed relationships
unexpected upheaval
and the grief many of us feel about our planet today.
My own family has lived it too.
My daughters and I thought we had more time with my husband.
Until cancer reminded us we didn’t.
These experiences taught me something profound:
Crisis can be a powerful catalyst.
It forces the questions we often avoid:
Who am I?
Why am I here?
What is mine to do in a time like now?
People who answer those questions begin to live with a very different relationship to time.
They stop drifting.
They start living intentionally.
POWER WITHIN THE ACHE
Most of us believe the ache we carry is a problem.
The anxiety.
The grief.
The frustration and fury with the state of the world.
But what if the ache isn’t the problem?
What if it’s the signal?
Your ache is pointing toward what you care most deeply about.
It is life calling you toward:
your purpose
your passion
your unique contribution
When we learn to listen to that call, something remarkable happens.
Grief becomes fuel.
Anger becomes clarity.
Helplessness becomes action.
Life begins to make sense again.
You wake up with energy, direction, and a sense that your life matters.
Living this way is powerful medicine -
for you
and for our planet.
FROM ACHE TO ACTION
My work helps you:
Name the ache you carry
Clarify what matters most to you
Reclaim your spark for life
Align your passion with meaningful action
Begin living lit up and on purpose
You don't have to do everything.
But Life is calling you to do what is uniquely yours to do.
I want to help you respond to that call.
We start with holding space for your ache.
We end with you being in action aligned with your purpose and passion.
You don't need to do everything. Do what calls your heart: effective action comes from love. It is unstoppable, and it is enough. Joanna Macy
YOUR NEXT STEP
If you feel the ache of these times and sense there is something more you are meant to do…
I would be honored to help you explore what that might be. Together we can explore how to transform your ache into aligned action — so you can live lit up and contribute your gifts in a time that needs them.
Kelly Isabelle DeMarco, she/her Resilience Coach, Occupational Therapist, Regenerative Practitioner, Climate and Health Advocate, Activist and Leader, Speaker, Writer, Land Steward, Mom.
I guide people carrying ache about all the things happening in our world today, and their own ache within, to find resilience, clarity, and a path forward.
As an occupational therapist, resilience coach and regenerative practitioner, I help people navigate adversity, reclaim their spark for life, and chart a path to living on fire. I believe that living 'lit up' is medicine for our heating planet. Your ache is sacred. I want to help you turn it into something powerful!
