Together, we'll honor the ache you carry for the Earth - not as something to fix or escape, but as sacred evidence of your care.
Then we'll gently transform that energy into clarity and purpose so you can take your next small, meaningful step from a place of vitality and hope.

This is a space for you to pause, breathe, connect within and without, come out of the numb and into the feels, let go of the old and create space for the new.
As a regenerative practitioner I hold deep reverence for the transformative power of liminal spaces in which we are shedding what was and honoring what is becoming.
We will be harvesting vital life force from stuck places and transforming it into POTENT MEDICINE for personal and planetary thriving.
I will lead us through mindfulness practices and hands-on creative exploration.
We will explore what aligned activism looks like and how you can leverage the life you are already living and the ways you are already giving for a thriving planet and a thriving you.
Our time together will be raw, real, and radically life giving.
We will co-create this space as we go.
We will be kind, open, inclusive, and welcoming of one another and of all of the parts of ourselves that are vital in a time like now.
We will value diversity of all kinds knowing that biodiversity is essential to life and thriving.
We will give Mother Earth a prominent seat in our gatherings.
My invitation to you is to check perfectionism at the door and bring your whole, beautiful, wonderful, messy, and perhaps even a wee bit broken self to these gatherings.
You wear many hats, fill many roles, have many life experiences under your belt, and live at the epicenter of communities and networks of people that are unique to you.
