During the launch phase of kellyGREENcoaching, I am experimenting with a values-aligned pricing model called ‘Pay What It’s Worth’ developed by Tara Joyce. This model invites a conversation between you, the consumer, and me, the creator and service provider, about the value of what has gone into creating my work and what you wish to get out of working with me. In the end, you will decide the amount you wish invest. I will re-evaluate pricing structure at the close of first quarter, 2026 to determine if this is a sustainable pricing model going forward.
I have been an avid consumer of coaching, consulting, mentoring, and educational services to assist me in creating the work of kellyGREENcoaching. Some of those have been free, others have required a significant financial investment. I have learned much from both and understand the value in investing in my growth. I believe whole-heartedly in the transformative value of what I offer, provided you put in the work. For the time I have invested in creating my offerings and the passion and life experience I bring to my work, it has been most difficult to put a price tag on it. On one hand, I would do this work for free and have been. On the other hand, I would charge a million dollars so that I could continue to devote my all to it while pursuing the ongoing training that allows me to keep going.
For too long now our economy has 'thrived' on raping and pillaging the earth and has been built on a scaffolding of humanitarian abuse. I believe in a model of circular economy that is regenerative in nature and that rewards good people engaging in positive actions that support life and thriving for all. I aspire to create and be a part of an economic system that is nurturing at its core and an advocate for models of exchange that support both people and planet together. If we determine that we are a good fit for one another, I will invite you to ‘pay what it is worth’ to you.
