With a background in rehabilitation services across the lifespan, healthcare leadership, mindfulness training, mysticism, and ministry, sustainability leadership and activism, and navigating terminal cancer and widowhood with teen daughters, I am passionate about helping people thrive amidst adversity and transforming deep pain into powerful medicine for personal and planetary thriving.  I help people align lifestyle, purpose, and passion with climate action to make ‘sustainable’ feel more doable.  I believe that people thrive best when helping our planet thrive too.

I am a storyteller, meaning maker, bridge builder, fire starter, awakener, healer, regenerator, sacred activist, energy transformer, inviter of authenticity, death doula, nature connector, gatherer, and space holder for getting present to the ache and turning it into action.   

I am immersed in the following year long intensives to better serve the needs of now:  KC Baker's Women's Thought Leadership Society and Public Speaking Training, The Regenerators Academy Regenerative Leadership Journey, Velvet Flow Feminine Qi Gong.  I am currently participating in Heart Coherence Training through the Hearth Math Institute and Somatic Breath Work with Romay Nichols for nervous system regulation.
